Considering how many people are working from home and using the internet, don't be surprised if things are slower than normal! If you can, it's a good idea to let the video fully load before watching it.
Important - make sure you have a clear area to practise in!
Only practise at home if it is safe to do so, and ask an adult to help you.
Or why not invite them to join in??!!
