Welcome to *FOS*, the official parent and supporters group for Spirit Gymnastics Academy. We are a volunteer-led group, dedicated to supporting the gymnasts, coaches, and programs of Spirit through fundraising, event planning, and hands-on help.

FOS is made up of parents, carers, family and friends who believe in the power of gymnastics to build confidence, strength, and character in young gymnasts. Together, we work to create opportunities that enhance every gymnast’s experience at Spirit, whether through new equipment, travel support for competitions, or fun community events.

 

💡 What We Do

 

* Fundraising:We organize a variety of fundraising initiatives throughout the year, including running the cafe, raffles, bake sales, and social events.

* Event Support: From show spectaculars to the Crown Cup, we help make Spirit’s events memorable and well-run.

* Team Spirit:We help foster a strong, supportive community by connecting families, celebrating gymnast achievements, and promoting team values.
