Little Spirit is a relaxed and fun parent-led come & play gymnastics session for children aged 4–10, designed to let them explore movement in a safe and supportive environment. These sessions are unstructured, giving children the freedom to move, play, and try activities at their own pace with the support of their parent or carer.
The gym is set up with a variety of gymnastics stations, including trampolines, beams, bars, mats, and soft play equipment. Children can choose which stations they’d like to use and how long they spend at each one, encouraging independence, confidence, and creativity through play.
Parents and carers actively guide and support their child throughout the session, while qualified coaches supervise the gym, ensure safety, and offer guidance or ideas when needed. There is no formal coaching or structured lesson.
Little Spirit is suitable for all abilities and is a great way for children to develop coordination, balance, and confidence while enjoying gymnastics in a fun, relaxed setting.
