Our friendly, structured classes introduce children to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a safe and supportive environment.
During the session children will take part in a warm-up, floor skills and apparatus work, helping them build confidence, coordination and strength while having fun.

No experience needed
Please wear comfortable sports clothing and bring a drink.
